How do I get to the hotel?Our address is149 Linden Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90802. Since we are a contactless hotel, we will provide you with a code to enter the hotel on the day of your checkin. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see our map.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?The Broadlind Hotel is a smoke free property. Smoking violation will result in a $750 fine upon checkout.

I am having trouble completing the pre-checkin form, can you help me?The Broadlind Hotel is a self-checkin hotel with no front desk on site. All guests are required to complete the mandatory pre-checkin and incidental deposit form in order to receive the access codes for the hotel entrance and assigned room(s). Pre-checkin form instructions will be sent to the email and phone number associated with the reservation made. If you have not received information regarding the pre-checkin form or are having trouble accessing the form, please send the following information to reservations@broadlindhotel.com and/or text message to (833) 782-9522: - Your full name as it is on the reservation - Reservation ID # - Email - Phone #

Am I required to fill out an incidental form?All guests are required to complete the mandatory pre-checkin and incidental deposit form in order to receive their room access codes. Forms must be completed at least 24-hours prior to arrival or for same-day reservations. No reservation refunds for all incomplete and declined forms and forms received after 8pm. A copy of an ID is required with the form for all reservations to be confirmed. ID must match the same name on the reservation and credit card. No exceptions. Pre-checkin form instructions will be sent to the email and phone number associated with the reservation made. Do you offer room service?No room service is offered. The Broadlind is a self sustaining hotel with each room containing a fully functioning kitchen. We also have our in-house restaurants and several nearby shopping centers, dining and groceries stores. Visit https://www.broadlindhotel.com/dining to learn more about our in-house dining.

What if I left something behind?If items are left behind we will hold onto it for 7 days after checkout. If item(s) are not claimed after 7 days, it will be discarded. If you recently checked out and think you might've left something behind, please email us at reservations@broadlindhotel.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?Onsite parking is available for $35 per night per vehicle. To request onsite parking, pre-checkin form must be completed first and requests may be submitted through the guest app.

Am I able to checkin early? Am I able to checkout late?We are happy to accommodate an early checkin or late checkout for a fee, and upon availability. Requests can be made from the Guest App after the Pre-Checkin has been completed.

Is there a place I can leave my bags prior to checkin or after checkout?A baggage hold is available for a fee. Requests can be made from the Guest App after the Pre-Checkin has been completed.
