  • How do I get to the hotel?
    Our address is149 Linden Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90802. Since we are a contactless hotel, we will provide you with a code to enter the hotel on the day of your checkin. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see our map.
  • Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
    The Broadlind Hotel is a smoke free property. Smoking violation will result in a $750 fine upon checkout.
  • Am I required to fill out an incidental form?
    All guests are required to complete our mandatory incidental form in order to recieve their room access codes. Forms must be completed at least 24-hours prior to arrival or for same-day reservations. No reservation refunds for all incomplete and declined forms and forms received after 8pm. A copy of an ID is required for all reservations to be confirmed. ID must match the same name on the reservation and credit card. No exceptions. Visit for more info.
  • Do you offer room service?
    No room service is offered. The Broadlind is a self sustaining hotel with each room containing a fully functioning kitchen. We also have our in-house restaurants and several nearby shopping centers, dining and groceries stores. Visit to learn more about our in-house dining.
  • What if I left something behind?
    If items are left behind we will hold onto it for 7 days after checkout. If item(s) are not claimed after 7 days, it will be discarded. If you recently checked out and think you might've left something behind, please email us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
    Onsite parking is available for $20 for one car. Visit for more info and to request onsite parking.
  • Am I able to checkin early? Am I able to checkout late?
    Early checkin and late checkout is available for a fee. Visit to view our request form.
  • Is there a place I can leave my bags prior to checkin or after checkout?
